Homemade Carrot and Hummus Snack


  • 2 large carrots, peeled and cut into sticks

  • 1/2 cup hummus (store-bought or homemade)

  • Fresh parsley or cilantro leaves for garnish (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Wash, peel, and cut the carrots into sticks, about 3-4 inches long.

  2. In a small bowl, season the carrot sticks with a pinch of salt and pepper.
